The practice
Kronos Services provides MEP design and project support to developers, main contractors, M&E contractors, architects and building owners.
We work on new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments across the commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, education and retail sectors.
Design, modelling and drawing production are carried out by the same engineers, who also attend site during construction.
Practice details
Software
Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with Navisworks for coordination. Drawing issue and revisions are controlled across each package.
RIBA stages
Stage 2 concept design to Stage 4 technical design, and Stage 5 construction to Stage 6 handover.
Coverage
Based in London, working across the United Kingdom. Site attendance is agreed in the scope of each project.
